Data collected and purposes of processing
This website collects personal data exclusively in the following cases:
Contact form. When you fill in the form in the "Contact" section, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request for information or a quote, and is not used for marketing purposes, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Browsing data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (for example, the IP address). This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check that it is working properly, and is deleted immediately after processing.
Legal basis
The processing of data provided through the contact form is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. The processing of browsing data is based on the Data Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, following logic strictly related to the purposes stated above, and in any case in a way that guarantees its security and confidentiality. Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the time necessary to comply with any contractual or legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Data recipients
Data collected through the contact form is sent by email to the Data Controller and is not disclosed or shared with third parties, except where required by law. The website is hosted by a hosting provider that, as the technical infrastructure manager, may have technical access to system logs.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, its rectification or deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability (Art. 15-22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and the Data Controller does not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
